Alicia & Gordon, 04/09 – Castle Howard, nr York, Yorkshire Wedding Photography
Probably the furthest we have ever travelled for wedding photography, north of York. Castle Howard was something special in terms of the architecture & interiors my only complain was because it is open to the public until a certain time the wedding could not start until 5pm, and then everything else happened after. Normally fine when daylight fades but not in a rather large building that didn’t like lighting 
Castle Howard was also the setting for the film – Brideshead Revisted
Quite a building!
Leaning over a balcony (tied the camera to my wrist), got lucky and managed to get the bride & groom in as they were under the balcony!
The famous fountain seen quite often in the Brideshead Revisted film.
