About Us
Hector Photo Ltd is run by husband and wife team Gary and Angela Hector. Gary and Angela have been busy photographing weddings in the South East since 2003 and have covered a staggering number of happy days (almost 600!)
Hector Photo Ltd were finalists for the 2007 & 2008 Wedding Ideas Magazine Photographer of the Year award. Hector Photo has grown in reputation very strongly over these years resulting in almost 75% of their business coming to them through recommendations from past wedding clients. This, of course, makes Gary & Angela extremely proud and happy.
Gary and Angela’s photographic style is very similar, both focus on informal and laid back photography but capture stunning images that really show the spirit of the day. Gary and Angela work separately at their respective weddings, each bringing their own personality to their work. Many clients have commented on the professional yet friendly manner that helps bring out the best in their brides, grooms and wedding guests. Their relaxed approach enables them to capture people’s true personalities and emotions, not just fixed and awkward smiles.
Angela, aged 34 (pictured above) has been taking wedding photos since 2004 and with experience of photographing over 200 weddings in every possible weather, lighting and location combination. Experienced with both winter weddings as well as more common summer weddings Angela has built up a great reputation as a highly personable photographer who moves around a wedding in a quiet and friendly manner. Angela combines her photography experience with her BA Honours Degree in English and Marketing to ensure that Hector Photo communicates with its clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
Gary & Angela live in Worthing, West Sussex and we have two fantastic children who keep us busy aged 5 & 3!
