Fi & Mike, 14/08 – Hampton Court House, Middlesex / London Wedding Photography
Wow what a weather day. Forecast wasn’t great and thundery showers threatened! However I thought the weather gods had been kind when we came out of the ceremony the sun came out and there wasn’t a grey rain cloud in sight. We did the big group shot and then drinks were called around the back. I said no rush lets do the group shots in 30 minutes when everyone has had a drink. All of a sudden within 5 minutes the heavens opened and the rain didn’t stop raining for over an hour and I mean RAIN! Eventually it stopped but only as we were doing the last group shot inside but it did mean we could go out and do some puddle shots with Fi & Mike!
Fi and Mike were lovely though, really looked after me and we always appreciate that. We even managed to get a superb Eton Mess desert!
Hampton Court House, was a great venue. One location but so many facets to the venue. A great ceremony room with atmosphere, great front to the house, a very useful conservatory / orangery and a superb bright but atmospheric dining room. I really enjoyed it!

One of my favourites from the day

The group shot standing on a chair in some sunshine

The magician had all the guests amazed!

The same chair as used for the group shot shot, a little damp now - 5 minutes later

A funny moment!

The trio of best men did a fine job

Cute!

Props from the photo booth came in handy for dancin'
