The weather forecast was spot on and by the end of the day we managed to go into the field with sheep and take some nice dramatic wide angles!
Farbridge was in fine order, the inside of Farbridge is superb. We had only covered Farbridge once before and that was in December so it was nice to explore the nearby fields and paths and we got some interesting shots.
Hollie was very nervous, her Dad much more so! Ben was pretty cool I think he did the best he could to hide his nerves! It was a great day and Farbridge the venue, the weather and all guests seemed to really enjoy the day.

Jen & Dan was a very enjoyable day. I went to school with Dan albeit I was 4 or so years older than him so it was good to capture his day with his lovely new wife Jen. It was good to see old friends Ben, Dan’s brother who I used to play a lot of cricket with in the past.
The weather was kind, it was a little windy but considering the day before you’d take it!
Bartholomew Barn looks better each time I go and didn’t dissapoint again!

I love this red wall!

Hayfever Dan?

This was a slice of luck with the wind and no-one else in the shot...

We had some fun doing the couple shots!

I said it was windy

Let's just say what goes on tour stays on tour....(stag)

I have to thank an entertaining mummy for assistance on this shot

We tried and it didn't work out bad

It was great to be at Fitzleroi without rain, in fact it was blooming and quite glorious with the lovely four gents providing some great live music!
The father at St.Mary’s had some ideas about photos which although sound good in principal I think he needs to understand lighting first and then he would think again!
Lizzie & James were great and by the end of the afternoon I think James really quite liked having his picture taken

I love Lizzie's look in this one - very happy with how she looks and with good reason!

This was not setup, but I really like it....never usually happens!

For some reason I really like this shot, even though the focus points are the back of Lizzie & James's heads it has a certain mood about it.

This field was a dream, we didn't squash any wheat if the farmer is watching!

My hayfever went mad about 10 minutes later though

When a girl's gotta eat

Nothing great about this shot but it was just to show 6ft 7 vs 6ft 10!

It really is quite a special view!

We had a touch of rain but it bothered n0-one! Sarah & Mark didn’t seem at all bothered by the rain which from my point of view is very important. I had happy people to shoot whatever the weather!
One handed shooting with an umbrella in the other, keeps myself and the equipment dry but on Sunday my arm was in bits
Sarah & Mark, 29th May 2010 – Ockended Manor Hotel, Cuckfield

The fizz is opened!

Happy Birthday to you....

The rain is coming down...

Cute

The vicar was probably the funniest I have ever seen. A few classic wedding gags that I have heard during Best Man speeches but they were funny when told by a vicar, must be the surprise element!

One of my favourites from the day, there is something about Mark's look!

aye aye captain

The dancing was most unexpected, Sarah was good but Mark was a star

Upwaltham Barns, West Sussex
Saturday 13th Feb 2010
Escaped the snow and rain (although we didn’t tell Grainne that it was snowing while she was getting ready), it was a little chilly but everyone enjoyed the day and were in good spirits even outside!
The two boys of the day ran me ragged, they have so much energy!!

Couple of smart boys!

The 'crowd' in good spirits

Arundel Town Hall & The White Swan, Arundel.
February 6th 2010
Considering the previous 3 months of weather it was hard to imagine guests would be able to stand without shivering or getting wet on the fantastic roof terrace at Arundel Town Hall. It was ‘mild’ if I say so myself! Deep blue sky and some tricky low sun gave us some interesting lighting and final results which I hope Debbie & Olly will be happy with. Huge pressure what with the number of potential grooms that visit Olly’s business each week

Debbie was very relaxed!

Something interesting about this shot...

Where is Olly when you need him

'The boys'

The socks get visible

Blimin hayfever in February!

Such a fine room to get married in

Bubbles!

Only another 28 to go...

No I have not doctored the sky, it really was this blue!

Picture postcard time

Is it a shame about the grotty no entry sign, or does it add something?

A classic 'motor'

Upwaltham Barns,
5th September 2009
Sara & Peter didn’t stop kissing!! They looked like they were having the time of their lives. It was good to see our good friends Nicola, Andy and their boy Jack who was two on the day!

Birthday boy...

A wedding needs some tears

Often it is the bride that is picked up, mmm?

We had a giggle taking the pics

In numerous weddings we have covered at Upwaltham we have always resisted the rustic corrogated storage barn, Sara & Pete are privileged

What a finish!
